5. Message Storage and Retention
SafeSpace stores all messages and conversations exchanged on the Platform for the duration of your active account. This allows you to access your conversation history at any time while you remain a client.
When you deactivate your account, all messages, conversation history, and associated personal data are permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days of deactivation. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
We may retain anonymized, non-identifiable aggregate data derived from conversations for platform improvement purposes. This data cannot be used to identify you.

When you initiate a chat session, the Listener you are matched with will be able to see the messages you send within that session. Listeners are trained, vetted professionals bound by confidentiality obligations.
