Which of these have you said lately?

Most people already know which one it is. Pick the line that sounds closest.

Come back to who you are

A lot of women get to a point where they realise their life has been shaped by what everyone else needed. Somewhere along the way, the question of what they want went quiet.

This coaching is a place to ask it again, with someone whose only job is to help you think it through.

This might be you if

  • You put everyone else first, and it has started to sting.
  • You're coming out of a relationship, or in one that has you doubting yourself.
  • You've been called "too much" or "too sensitive" and part of you believes it.
  • You feel like you play a version of yourself that other people expect.

How you see love

Where your ideas about love came from, and which ones you actually want to keep.

Your sense of worth

Noticing where it depends on being needed or approved of, and building something steadier.

Emotional awareness

Naming what you feel while it is happening, instead of three days later.

Who you are outside your roles

Daughter, partner, mother, colleague. And the person underneath all of those.

Start with a free intro call

It is free, and it is there so you can see whether this feels right before you decide anything.

Support for your child's sense of self

Children start forming opinions about themselves early: whether they are good at things, whether people like them, whether it is safe to be different. This program is for parents who want that picture to stay kind and accurate.

You might be here because

  • Your child says things like "I'm bad at everything" or "nobody likes me".
  • They copy other kids to fit in and can't say what they like themselves.
  • A move, a loss or a change at school has shaken their confidence.
  • You'd rather help now than wait for something to go wrong.

It runs as a group program. The next group starts next month. If you are ready, enrol your child. If the timing is wrong, join the waitlist and we will be in touch about the next group.

Ready to start?

The group program restarts next month.

Answer a few short questions about your child and we'll match you with the best coach.

Turn what you know into what you do

You don't need more advice. You have read the books, made the plans and told yourself that next week is when it starts. What is missing is someone who expects an update.

1

Name the goal

One goal, written so you'd know whether you had done it.

2

Find the next step

Something small enough to finish this week.

3

Report back

Your coach asks what happened, not what you meant to do.

4

Adjust

When something stalls, you look at why and change the plan.

What usually gets in the way

  • Staying consistentYou start well, then lose the thread.
  • Getting startedThe first step feels too big, so the goal stays on the list.
  • Losing motivationThe excitement fades and nothing replaces it.
  • Too many prioritiesEverything feels urgent, so nothing moves.

Apply directly, or book an intro call first if you would like to talk it over.

Coaching is not therapy

They help with different things. It is worth knowing which one you need.

Coaching

  • Looks forward, toward something you want to change or build.
  • Practical and structured, with a clear next step each time.
  • You set the direction and the pace.

Therapy

  • Treats mental health conditions and works through past and present pain.
  • Led by a licensed clinician.
  • The right place for diagnosis, trauma and ongoing mental health care.

If you are struggling with your mental health, or you are in crisis, please contact a licensed professional, a crisis line in your country, or local emergency services. Coaching does not replace that.

Questions about coaching

How does matching work?

You pick a program and answer a few short questions. We read your answers and pair you with the coach who suits them best.

Is coaching the same as therapy?

No. Coaching is not therapy and does not replace professional mental health care. If you need clinical support, we'll encourage you to find it.

How is a coach different from a listener?

Listeners are there when you need to talk, with no goal attached. A coach works with you on something specific, like how you see yourself or a goal you keep putting off.

What if I don't know what I want to work on?

That is fine. Every program has a "not sure yet" option, and your coach can help you work out where to start.

Who sees my answers?

Your answers are sent by email to our coaching team and used to match you with a coach.

What happens after I submit my answers?

We review them, match you with a coach, and email you with your next steps.

What if I pick the wrong program?

The first question on the matching form is the program, and you can change it before you send anything.

When does the kids' group program start?

The group program restarts next month. You can enrol your child or join the waitlist through the matching form.

Ready when you are

The questions are short. Once you send them, we'll find your coach and email you.
